Psychiatric Evaluation
Start here for medication management and to plan your mental-health care. We review your symptoms, history and goals, then discuss appropriate options, which may include therapy or TMS.
Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation
A comprehensive look at factors that may not be fully explored in a standard psychiatric or therapy appointment, including weight, hormones, diet, and sexual wellness. The $600 initial evaluation includes initial labs and one health-coaching visit with Hannah. An optional package of four medical follow-ups is $600.
Future labs, medications and additional visits with Hannah are separate. Our front desk can explain the next steps and expected costs.
Health Coaching with Hannah
Work with Hannah on nutrition, daily habits and wellness goals. You can start directly with her health-coaching package.
You can also request therapy directly. Medication is recommended only when appropriate.
Ketamine Intake and Treatment
The initial package includes six treatments, medical intake and necessary labs for $2,400. IV infusion and IM injection options are available after assessment.
Therapy is billed separately and is generally insurance-covered, subject to your benefits. You can work with your existing therapist.
ADHD and Autism Testing
Arrange testing directly through our front desk. We can explain the assessment process and help you understand the next steps for care.
Care for how you feel and function
Your care can bring together medication management, therapy, hormone care, peptide care, TMS, ketamine and health coaching. We start by understanding your concerns and goals, then coordinate the evaluations and treatment options that fit your needs.
That might mean discussing therapy for depression, considering hormone changes such as perimenopause alongside relationship concerns, or exploring goals for focus and mental performance. Some people begin psychiatric and wellness evaluations in parallel so both parts of their care can be planned together.
Therapy includes individual, couples and family care, sex therapy with Dottie, and care for unwanted pornography use with Daniel.
TMS and ketamine treatment details
TMS and ketamine treatments are provided in Lehi after the appropriate assessment. The depression TMS package is $3,600. Five TMS maintenance treatments are $500. Considering TMS for a condition other than depression? Ask about an evaluation and self-pay options.
Ketamine maintenance is $900 for three treatments, using either IV infusion or IM injection. Therapy is separate, and you may continue with your existing therapist.
