Advanced Medication Expertise:
The Master Medication Training Program
All medication providers complete a structured, year-long Master Medication Training Program developed by Dr. Watson, focused on physiology, pathology, and mechanism-based prescribing.
This structured, year-long training program focuses on:
-
Understanding normal physiology
-
Identifying underlying pathology
-
Applying medication mechanisms of action strategically
Providers are trained to move beyond surface-level prescribing and make decisions based on a deep understanding of how medications interact with brain systems and symptom patterns.
This approach allows for:
-
More precise medication selection
-
Thoughtful adjustments
-
Reduced trial-and-error prescribing

Responsible Prescribing Standards
We believe in careful, ethical prescribing practices.
-
Stimulant medications are prescribed when clinically appropriate.
-
Benzodiazepines are prescribed sparingly and in limited quantities.
-
We do not prescribe opioid medications.
-
We do not provide Suboxone or Subutex treatment.
-
Naltrexone is available when clinically indicated.
-
Long-acting injectable antipsychotics are available for appropriate patients.
Our goal is long-term stability, functional improvement, and thoughtful, mechanism-based care — not quick fixes
