IV ketamine is administered in a controlled medical setting and is used for individuals who have not responded adequately to traditional therapy and medication. It is administered in-office at our Lehi location.

We do not provide Spravato (esketamine nasal spray).

Our therapy approach is depth-oriented and structured.

While symptom relief is important, we focus on identifying underlying drivers of depression such as:

Medication Management for Depression

Some individuals benefit from psychiatric medication as part of treatment.

Our psychiatric medication management team uses a physiology-based approach that considers:

  • Underlying neurobiology

  • Prior medication response

Medication options may include:

  • SSRIs

  • SNRIs

  • Atypical antidepressants

  • Mood stabilizers (when appropriate)

  • Wellness Services

 

Medication is never the only intervention. Treatment planning is collaborative and structured.

Postpartum Depression Treatment

We provide structured treatment for postpartum depression.

Postpartum depression may involve:

  • Persistent sadness

  • Anxiety

  • Irritability

  • Guilt

  • Sleep disruption beyond normal newborn patterns

  • Difficulty bonding

 

Treatment may include therapy, medication management when appropriate, and coordinated care planning.

Our clinicians are trained in trauma-informed and systems-based approaches that address both emotional and relational dynamics during the postpartum period.

Telehealth Depression Treatment Across Utah

Most depression treatment services are available statewide via secure telehealth when clinically appropriate.
