Master Therapy
Training Program

The Master Therapy Training Program is a structured, year-long advanced training program for therapists at Dynamic Psychiatry and Wellness.

Developed by Dr. Watson, the program emphasizes depth-oriented psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, relational systems, and long-term clinical effectiveness.

All therapists participate in ongoing advanced training designed to move beyond entry-level clinical skills and toward thoughtful, high-level intervention.

Program Structure

  • Risk assessment

  • Ethical standards

  • Ongoing outcome assessment

  • Ethical and professional accountability

  • Long-term functional improvement

This shared foundation helps ensure that patients receive thoughtful, high-level care regardless of which therapist they work with.
