Dr. Hans Watson, DO is the founder of Dynamic Psychiatry & Wellness and has contributed to clinical education, books, scholarly publications, and national media discussions related to trauma, mental health and human performance.

In addition to treating patients, Dr. Watson regularly is a keynote speaker, motivational speaker, develops educational programs, teaches clinicians, and contributes to discussions about mental health, resilience, and integrated medical care.

His work focuses on understanding the psychological and physiologic systems that influence resilience, emotional regulation, and long-term mental health.

Dr Watson draws from his own military experiences in combat and his education in Conquering PTSD where he explores how traumatic experiences influence avoidance patterns, resilience, and psychological recovery. It focuses on practical strategies that help individuals regain confidence and rebuild emotional stability after trauma.
Stop examines examines narcissistic behavioral patterns and the emotional dynamics that often develop in relationships affected by narcissism. It provides insight into recognizing manipulative behaviors and developing healthier personal boundaries.
Two Rule Diet explores explores how metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits influence physical and mental well-being.

Clinical Teaching & Patient Care
In addition to treating patients, Dr. Watson trains clinicians through several advanced clinical training programs developed at Dynamic Psychiatry.
These programs include:
• Master Medication Training Program
• Master Therapy Training Program
• Expert Functional Medicine Training Program
• TMS Certification Program

Because of the extensive teaching and training responsibilities involved in developing these programs, Dr. Watson maintains a limited clinical schedule and is not currently accepting new patients.
However, patients at Dynamic Psychiatry are cared for by clinicians who have been personally trained in these treatment models and who work within the structured clinical framework developed by Dr. Watson.
This approach allows patients to benefit from the same treatment philosophy and clinical reasoning systems used in Dr. Watson’s own practice.

Dr. Watson is actively involved in training clinicians and developing educational programs designed to improve psychiatric decision-making and treatment outcomes.
