Hans Watson, DO

Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, Wellness

Dr. Hans Watson is a mental health care visionary and acclaimed leader in the field of psychiatry and health optimization because his training far exceeds what would normally be seen with a psychiatrist.

After returning from war as a decorated combat veteran, Dr Watson attended a specific medical school and residency where he could gain the traditional skills and knowledge of an M.D., psychiatrist, psychotherapist, chiropracter and functional medicine provider. He was able to do this by dedicating many extra hours of study and training while attending the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and training at Wright State University's Psychiatric Residency.

Since finishing training, Dr. Watson has risen to remarkable heights. He is an esteemed professor, author, mental health expert, speaker and his greatest talent is his ability to use that knowledge to teach so efficiently that complex concepts are easily learned and understood. This is why Dr Watson is sought out to train therapists, psychiatric providers, wellness providers, TMS providers, medical students and more. He is one of the only people in the world who is able to teach the wellness providers how hormones, gut health and vitamins affect mental health while also teaching therapists how stress and psychology contribute to struggles or success and still teach psychiatric providers how traditional medicines are part of the treatment protocols. He really is one of a kind.

Dr. Watson has established himself as a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor dedicated to improving lives by understanding virtually every condition or stressor that could prevent optimal mental health and he is passing that knowledge onto students, therapists, doctors and anyone else who wants to learn.

In addition to his impressive career accomplishments, Dr. Watson also brings inspiration and motivation to audiences around the world through his motivational speaking engagements that leverage his country childhood, wartime stories and other experiences to amplify his message of hope, overcoming adversity and living a meaninful life.

Dr. Watson continues to be an invaluable presence in the field of psychiatry today thanks to his unrivaled expertise and passion for advancing mental health awareness worldwide.
