Hannah Mason works with patients to improve their relationship with nutrition, metabolism, and overall wellness. Her approach focuses on helping individuals build sustainable eating habits that support both physical and mental health while working toward personal performance and body composition goals.


Hannah’s interest in nutrition and fitness began during her own health journey in her early twenties. Like many people entering the world of fitness and dieting without guidance, she initially struggled with confusing information, unrealistic expectations, and unhealthy habits. Those early experiences shaped her passion for helping others approach nutrition and wellness in a more balanced, evidence-informed way.


Today, Hannah works with patients to develop practical and sustainable nutrition strategies that support energy levels, metabolic health, and long-term lifestyle change. She focuses on helping individuals understand how nutrition, exercise, and recovery work together to support both mental and physical well-being. Her goal is to help patients move away from restrictive or unsustainable approaches and toward habits that can be maintained for the long term.


Hannah is currently completing her degree in Exercise and Wellness, where she is expanding her training in nutrition science, metabolism, and human performance. She brings her background in fitness training together with her growing expertise in nutrition to help patients develop individualized strategies that align with their goals, preferences, and daily lives.


Outside of her work with patients, Hannah enjoys strength training, learning more about nutrition science, and continuing to build her knowledge of wellness and performance.
