Health and Nutrition Coach

Hello! My name is Hannah Mason, and I've been working as a trainer for over a year with in-person clients at a commercial gym. Before working as a trainer, I developed a passion for working out and fitness at the age of 20. Getting into the gym by myself was challenging; I didn't know what I was doing, how to correct my form, how to calculate the correct nutrition for myself, or how to form a personal program. Because I walked into it blindly, I developed dangerous and toxic habits and perspectives when it came to fitness. Knowing what I know now about training and diet, I WISH I had gotten a trainer at the beginning of my fitness journey. Now that I've learned how to take care of my body the right way while still chasing my aesthetic goals, my purpose is to help others develop a love for exercise and nutrition in the RIGHT, HEALTHY way. Balance, sustainable progress, and listening to your body are my biggest focuses. I'm also currently in school working on an Exercise and Wellness degree to expand my knowledge! Working as a trainer has been the best thing that's happened to me, and I hope it'll be for you too. :)

Services: From exercise programs to nutrition guidance, I aim to provide services for all ages, genders, demographics, and fitness backgrounds. While the scientific concepts behind health and fitness are applicable to all, everyone's goals, motivations, and preferred training styles are different; I believe in a fitness program personalized for each client I take on. Positive reinforcement, firm guidelines, and mixing hard work with fun is what health should be all about. Whether your goals are centered around physical fitness, nutrition, or both, we'll get you one step closer to becoming the best version of you!
