In addition to providing the in depth psychotherapy taught in the Dynamic Psychiatry Master Therapy Training Program, I provide “sex therapy” for individuals and couples.

My job is to guide you to understand your true self so that you can experience true vulnerability, intimacy and sexual wellness. Regardless of your history, you are capable of enjoying emotional and physical intimacy. If you want to be mentally strong, empowered, and focused. I can help you get there.

You will want me as your therapist if you have any issues with emotional parts of a relationship, physical aspects of sexuality or any combination of the two. I am someone who will listen empathically, and who will gently challenge you to examine the things you are uncomfortable discussing.

My primary therapeutic interests are sexual issues, relationships, trauma, depression, and anxiety, though I have experience helping with many other mental issues.

I have considerable experience working with couples, teenagers with autism and adults with severe mental illnesses.

I have bachelor’s degrees in theatre and creative writing, and I am currently completing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at University of Phoenix.

I spend my vacations traveling. My goal is to visit every continent.
