When life becomes overwhelming—whether from loss, trauma, difficult relationships, feelings of worthlessness, or a loss of hope—it is natural to seek relief, clarity, and understanding. Coreen believes that people do the best they can with the tools and knowledge they have at the time. Sometimes, however, life’s challenges require new perspectives, skills, and support in order to move forward. Therapy offers a safe and compassionate space to explore these experiences, deepen self-awareness, and discover new pathways toward healing and growth.


Coreen views healing as a deeply personal journey. While there are no shortcuts, she believes that even our most difficult experiences can hold opportunities for meaning and growth. Drawing inspiration from Viktor Frankl’s belief that meaning can transform suffering, Coreen works with clients to explore their values, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move toward lives that feel more purposeful and aligned.


Coreen approaches therapy as a collaborative process. She believes that each individual is the expert of their own life, and that healing often begins with curiosity, self-reflection, and the courage to examine what is no longer serving us. Together, she works with clients at a pace that feels comfortable, helping them develop new insights, practical tools, and perspectives that support lasting growth and resilience.
