This protocol is designed for individuals with PTSD who are also experiencing depression, anxiety, or emotional shutdown related to trauma. Stimulation of the left prefrontal cortex helps improve mood regulation, emotional resilience, and the brain’s ability to recover from trauma-related stress patterns. Because it involves depression, patients frequently obtain insurance approval for this program.
Treatments are delivered using one of the most advanced and precise TMS systems available, allowing highly targeted stimulation tailored to the brain circuits involved in trauma and mood regulation. The program typically includes 36 sessions over approximately six weeks, followed by gradual tapering and booster sessions as needed to maintain progress.
