When are you open?

Our Wellness Services are only offered at the Lehi location at this time. Our hours will increase in the coming months. Current availability is as follows: 

Tuesdays 10AM - 2PM

Thursdays 10AM - 3PM

Fridays 10AM - 6PM

Our Psychiatric and Therapy Services are offered at both our Lehi and South Jordan locations. Their respective availability is as follows: 

Lehi M-F 8AM - 8PM

South Jordan M-F 8AM - 6PM

Can I use my insurance?

Our Psychiatric Services and Therapy are accepted by most insurance plans. This generally includes: Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Relational Therapy, ADHD and Autism Testing, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation when treating severe depression. 
Our Wellness Services are private pay and not covered by insurance. Because we are so comprehensive in our evaluation and treatment, insurance carriers are unwilling to cover the amount of time and resources that will be dedicated to you. 

What types of insurance do you take?

For our psychiatric services, we generally accept the following carriers: 

Medicaid (Utah, Optum, Healthy Choice, U of U Health Plans, Select Health Community Care), Medicare, UHC, BCBS, Select Health, DMBA, Aetna, PEHP, Cigna, EMI, MotivHealth, and TriWest.

What is your address?

Our Lehi Location has Wellness Services, TMS, Ketamine, Therapy and Psychiatric Services. The address is:

Our South Jordan location currently offers Medication Management and therapy only. We will expand the services when a larger venue becomes possible. The address is:

How do I book an appointment?

If you are a new patient, you will need to set up a username and passwork in our portal (AdvancedMD is the software). If you have any need for assistance with this, simply call 801-349-2480 and we will help. Or...

How do I check what credits I have left?

If you are unsure of what your membership currently includes or what is left, please navigate to your account settings and click on "My Subscriptions". If you are still needing help, call (801) 349-2480 and press 4.
