My overarching goal as a therapist is to help individuals understand themselves better and empower them to create positive change in their lives. I strive to help clients resolve the underlying causes of their mental health struggles rather than simply putting band-aids on outward symptoms. My person-centered approach aims to help you discover the ability within yourself to achieve your goals and overcome your challenges. I have experience working with teens in residential treatment settings, but I am also passionate about working with all different ages and backgrounds in individual, group, and couple’s therapy.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. In my free time, I love exercising, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
